Took my Jeep wrangler there today for a wash and it ripped out my tail light. Did not see the sign stating no wranglers when I pulled in. I called the manager and left a message to speak with him and he would did not return my phone call. He texted me back a picture of the sign. Found to be very unprofessional and Will not go back. I would like to mention I have been thru the car wash several times in this car and have not had issues until today.
We have been coming here since we moved here. Always happy when we leave. Awesome customer service!
Have used this place several times and had pleasant experiences until today when i took my vehicles to the automatic car wash and after washing my Jeep wrangler, i got out to find my license plate bracket had been ripped off of my vehicle and even bent the license plate inside the holder. Will not be coming here again.
our car was a dirty when it came out of the wash as it was when it went in.
