More like 4.5 stars. Came in for ear piercings for my 6 year old. Ms. Dee was incredibly professional and explained every step along the way, though she was upfront that she would not continue if my kid said No even once. My kid went from scared and ready to cry, to game face and brave. Love the appointment reservation system and ease. For parents with little ones, do not come too early-- the decor may be a little scary or intimidating for little kids... Ms. Dee re-pierced my nose and was super cool to just chop it up with to distract my mind from the pain. Her set up was clean and pricing we reasonable. I also appreciate her being open to taking me last minute. I told her I'm bringing my daughter by when she's ready. Awesome vibe and good service, if you're seeking a dope piercer, give Ms. Dee a try!
