I want to thank Five County for their courage and leadership to make the decision to accept medical marijuana businesses into their membership. They are 1 of 2 credit unions in Maine to do this. They also have great customer service and staff at the Waterville location, are open till 8PM weekdays and also have hours on Saturdays.
Five county is a great credit union I have been with banks before but they do not equally to the great service with five county. Every teller I have ever dealt with has always been nice and kind and has made sure my questions has been answered. I would never think about switching banks. Keep up the great work five county

Worst credit union. I've been a member since 1995 (back when it was Knox County CU). Its gone down hill. They charge you for everything. I was shocked when they charged me $2 for a pin change!! The teller told me, after she changed my pin, that it was $2!!!! Check holding policy is outrageous, the people are rude, and all they want is to charge you for every little thing. I'll be closing my accounts.
