We went to the Windham Walmart branch tonight because My 6 year old daughter raised 16$ for cheering on her own and had to get it broken down into dimes for this specific fundraiser. My 8 year old daughter accompanied her to the counter and the girls were already a bit nervous, but it’s important to learn self help skills so I encouraged them to go, thinking it would be a positive experience. Not recommended at all from bank hours. if you need help after 8 or on weekends good luck cus they're closed n very very unhelpful. Also they want your money, as soon as you have anything in ursavings they'll let any checking charge go through to get there 10$ transfer fee. I even transferred 10$ right after accidentally taking 10$ out of checking instead of savings 1second after withdrawing for them to still take their 10$. Also dealing with a new person everytime due to rotating staff of varied experience isnt smart or eas... read more

They accepted $25 from my 16-year-old son to open a savings account then charged him a five dollars a month fee for being dormant. THEN they charged him an under balance fee because they took his money!! none of this was told to us when we opened the account. This place is nothing but a scam and they’re worse than a bank don’t bring your business here, I never will again I will stick with Maine Family credit union! Where you can have as low as a balance as you want and no monthly fees! Thanks for screwing a minor and taking ... read more

I want to thank Five County for their courage and leadership to make the decision to accept medical marijuana businesses into their membership. They are 1 of 2 credit unions in Maine to do this. They also have great customer service and staff at the Waterville location, are open till 8PM weekdays and also have hours on Saturdays.
