Where do we start. I come in ask to get a pdf or copy of a account I was under the impression was closed.the teller said it will not be able to get that information. It’s possible it’s purged. 🤔 it was supposed to be closed 13 months ago. I asked if a manager was able to find it, Robin came out and swore it could not be found. I asked for the call center # and Robin said I’ll just call but they are going to tell you what I just said. I’ve been a member for 12 years. I’ve never gotten any special perks for my loyalty. They deny you for loans when other banks will gladly help you out. I’ve had them tell me that they have do a hold on a government check... I took it to another bank that I’m not a member of... cashed it with no issues. They aren’t consistent or reliable... the app is archaic.... the atm machine works when it wants to 🙄 Oh, and when my debit card expires, why do I have to pay to replace it? It’s a debit card. Worst business ever. By far.
