Five County Credit Union has become far worse over the almost 10 years I have been with them. For any small loan I apply for I get denied because of some minor things on my credit report from few years back that I have corrected. A year ago I went to get a car loan and as a Customer of 10 years they offered me 18% which is unacceptable. I went down the Road to First Federal Savings in Bath and got a car loan for 5%. So you can geuss where I went for my home equity loan? First Federal!! They charge fees for everything and don... read more

RecommendedI always recommend fccu until recently. i refered my son for a loan and the process was unacceptable and involved 5 different people over several days, wrong information, lost paper work etc. 5 days to close a loan you were preapproved for is not okay. try to speak to a supervisor and am told no one is in charge of loans. when finally spoke to VP she was very cold and didn't really care that there was significant issues. recently had to dispute a credit card charge was given wrong info by two people. there was no follow up b... read more

HEADS UP! You WILL NOT be able to deposit online for at least 6 months in this rural credit union. Their policy is to assume you are a criminal performing fraud. Once 6 months have lapsed (and low and behold YOU ARE NOT A CRIMINAL) you will become a full citizen at their CU with full rights to use all of their services offered. They're snitty about it too. 👎🏼 Rotten Tomatoes! It turns out that keeping my longstanding and far, far away Boeing CU account is ACTUALLY more convenient!
