Very nice the maintenance techs are friendly and hospitable
Over priced
Calling this place "luxury" is very misleading. Their units might look like nice on their website, but the truth is the build quality is very cheap. The apartments are equipped with very basic Whirlpool appliances. The sounds my dryer made felt as though the machine might rattle itself loose into a million pieces at any moment. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I hear everything my next door neighbor says, and when my upstairs neighbor walks, the walls and ceiling by the front door literally tremble.
