I hardly ever write reviews, but after today I felt compelled to. Today I went to Fitzwilly’s with a friend. She ordered a salad and I ordered a burger with fries. You would think that’s simple. My fries came out and hadn’t been cooked, frozen French fries ice cold to the touch. Our waitress completely ignored us as she waited on a table of 10. When I finally told her my issue she told me she yelled at the kitchen about it. No other resolution. I paid $15 with tip for a meal that I couldn’t eat.

The food, atmosphere, and staff here are amazing. I had the opportunity to propose to my girlfriend there and the staff helped make it very special. They were very friendly and I just want to say thanks to the our waiter Sophia, the other waitress who also helped out ( I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) and the manager. You guys are awesome and we hope to visit again soon! Thanks for helping us making this memorable 😊

First time here was for lunch today. The Gorgonzola dip with garlic bread is incredible! The service was friendly and it’s a really cool atmosphere. There’s a huge variety on the menu plus several daily specials. Prices are good for the portion sizes. We definitely recommend a stop here when in the area!
