I have always enjoyed dining at Fitzwilly's. I like the food, the atmosphere and the services is usually great. Today however was different, the food and atmosphere were great but our server was so over attentive that she was annoying. I don't know if she was in a hurry to leave or she is always like this. She kept on coming to the table every few minutes, I could see her out of the corner of my eye looking at us and then rushing away. The butternut mac & cheese was to die for...Great, friendly service. Definitely recommended.
We had a wonderful experience the food was great and the service was even better! Our waitress was awesome her name was Jess! Our two daughters loved her and so did we. We come to Northampton every couple of years and Fitzwilly's is always our first stop we have been going there since 1994 when my wife was going to school at Smith and it's always been our favorite and still is!!!
Went to Fitzwilly's for my wife's 40th birthday get together with 8 friends. The evening started fine, it wasn't terribly busy. We arrived at 715 and it took about 30 minutes to receive our drink order about an hour to receive our dinner. The service was horrible, after our food did arrive the server never came back to see if our food was ok or not. The food for the most part was on level with McDonalds.
