Had dinner there Saturday, been many times before, NEVER AGAIN! Although the servers favorite words seemed to be "no problem" it certainly was! She brought the wrong beverage ordered but left too quickly for us to say something, the sirloin steak was mostly fat & gristle, about 1/3 of it was inedible, when these issue were brought up to the server she replied "we appreciate the feedback",and one of the members of our party ended up in the ER with food poisoning! Fabulous veggie burger and seared ahi tuna appetizer-Judy, our waitperson was wonderful---the designers of this place should get an award of excellence for warmth, character and charm! LOL!!!
It was ok would I go back ........ probably not...
As a rule, when a restaurant seats a party, it makes sense for a waiter/waitress to come to the table within 10 minutes. Apparently not at Fitzwillys! We left.......
