Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
