This is my 4th car I have purchased at Fitzgerald. I have always found the staff in sales and service to be professional and helpful. I had the good fortune to work with Erol M. (the agent who sold me my last car 10 years ago) for this purchase. He was immediately available when I arrived for my appointment and had the 2 vehicles I was interested in there for me to test drive. The car I wanted was not at their facility but he found me one at the White Flint facility. The car will be ready for me to pick up on Monday.
I purchased a WRX from this location, I worked with the general manager, Ken Booth, he took great care of us with the new car!!! They definitely have a lifetime customer out of me. Thanks Ken.

Hi there! My husband bought a car there in April 2016. As we drive now...the seat belt in the back seat has broken for the third time since he bought the car new in April. I have left a voice mail over an hour ago for the service manager...because when I called this situation was evidentally not important enough to get the service manager on the phone. Between my husband and myself...we have had many cars...we know how to use seat belts. The seat belts on this car are faulty. And I cannot get anyone at the dealership service... read more
