This dealership was top notch hands down! Andrew H. went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Competent staff, well organized and comfortable Service center.
Incompetent employees and no customer service, sort that I bought a car from them.
It was my first time service at Fitzgerald. I bring my car 2017 Subaru Outback for oil and filter change and Chris offer complimentary 23 point inspection and car wash.I was very happy with excellent service and highly recommend the Fitzgerald for any car service.
The service person was very nice, he explained the problems that needed to be fixed on the car. Then he spoke to my husband and took the time to explain it to him. We agreed to have certain things that need to be fixed right away and the rest would be done the next time I come in for service. I left my car there and my husband picked me up and they called me when it was read for pick up. I was happy with the service I received.

I bought my Subaru Crosstrek at LakeForest Subaru (Fitzmall) and love it. I take it back there for service since I know the staff so well. They always listen to what I am concerned about and address it to my needs. I've travelled more than 22,000 in the last 16 months and I wanted to get the air flow/air conditioning cleaned since I have sinus problems. It was taken care of and HVAC filter changed.
