We are in the market for a new SUV for a young family (due in 3 months with our first baby). Fitzgerald had the vehicle we wanted. Two others declined to purchase the vehicle and we were up for the purchase. We completed the finance process and were quickly credit approved (virtually - pandemic and pregnant women in a dealership was not recommended by the doctor). Your many reviews on Google, Facebook, Sure Critic, etc. for our multiple locations seems "vendetta like" and contains much of the same misinformation you provided to us to present to the lending institutions when you requested financing for the Genesis you were interested in. Unfortunately, we were advised that the information supplied by you could not be verified. We are in the business of serving our community to the best of our ability. Your review is disingenuous at best.
Great sales service, we absolutely loved working with Beman Habib and Bill Sherrill. Super transparent about pricing and easy to talk to throughout the entire purchase process. Visited 3 other dealerships and this one had the best sales staff -- really felt like a valued customer. Thank you!!
The customer service at this location needs vast improvement. To say I was totally disappointed is an understatement. I love my SUV but wish the buying experience had lived up to all the hype. It clearly did not in my case. There were a few individuals who greeted and treated me with respect but others did not seem to care. There was poor communication and follow up resulting in multiple visits to the dealership to get issues resolved. I would recommend using another dealership to buy your Subaru .
Worst customer service in 19 years in the US
I had an absolutely wonderful experience while buying my first car! Drew was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He even called me a week later to see if I had any questions. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market! Make sure to ask for Drew on the Subaru side or Jenna on the Hyundai side!
All around horrible experience at this dealership. The sales manager was rude and condescending after THEY messed up and demanded another $1000 6 weeks after we picked up our two cars we bought the same day. They are holding our tags until we send the money. We bought two cars and were not offered any kind of deal NOR were we even offered a beverage during the transaction. Save yourself the stress and elevated blood pressure from dealing with this company and shop elsewhere.
took my car in for 1 thing and then they called me saying there was other stuff wrong with my Subaru I said okay and that the could only fix what I told them and what was covered under my warranty then they call me 3 days later saying my bill is $1,800 and they did the repairs I didn't authorize and Brett Davis it the rudest and most untrustworthy manager i have ever met Worst dealership I have EVER delt with they will steal your money by doing unauthorized work
Always helpful, courteous, and going the extra mile for me and my family! 10/10 would recommend!
