Unprofessional to do business with, they will take your money and waste your valuable time. I personally do not recommend them.
I was negotiating a lease agreement with this company for a property they are representing. The owner decided to get involved at the last moment. When I was sent the lease to sign the term had been changed from the agreed on 1 year to 3 years. I explained that’s not what I am looking for but was asked what concessions could resolve this, so I made an offer. Within 15 minutes I was called by the owner of the Fitzgerald group.
