This company failed to make several runs the day of my best friend’s wedding, causing a great amount of her guests to find their own transportation to the venue (which was NOT a block away) and therefore, leaving many of them stranded until extreme hours of the morning. Extremely disappointing, not to mention even more disgusting that they would not even rectify the situation afterwards. TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS.
Definitely DO NOT use this company for your transportation needs! We used their limo and shuttle service for our wedding and the driver didn't even show up to our reception for the final two rounds of shuttles. We had MANY guests that wanted to leave at 12:30am and they didn't get back until 3:00am... Then, when addressing the issue with the company, Fitzgerald Brothers argued with us and told us we were lying to them! Horrible business, do not use this company...they will let you down and then not make it right.
Would live to drive for you ,if you open in Syracuse area. Did this for 15 years,now I drive school bus for 30 years.
Agressive driver. .tailgating on thruway. Cut me off and bairly sidewiped me!! Should have let him hit me....I would of sued!!! What an asshole. Bus 44. Will be calling company Monday...they will be hearing from me!!
I rented a limo last week to take a large group of us to multiple wineries & breweries around Cayuga and Seneca lakes. We were very pleased with the service, and our driver, Mariu, was very accommodating. This is the second year we used Fitzgerald's limo services and we plan on using them again next year.
This is the 2 nd time I used this company and we were more than happy with this last booking!! Limo bus was perfect! My only suggestion replace stereo system with one that includes an aux outlet so we can play our own music thru the speakers!!! Dave, the driver, was great!! Very personable, polite and professional!
