This is the absolute worst limo company I have ever dealt with. During covid they would not refund my security deposit or answer their phones. When I was finally able to book a trip they came to the wrong pick up location and took no accountability, my friends and I had to meet the driver at the first winery 40 minutes away from our pick up location. We had such an amazing time on our wine tour, all thanks to our driver Pauline! Pauline took such great care of our group of 10 girls. She was professional and attentive, but also went above and beyond to take pictures of us at every stop, help carry things, and offer helpful tips about the area. The vehicle was large and comfortable for our big group. Our trip honestly would not have been the same without Pauline, and we highly highly recommend her. We had William as our driver for our wine tour at Seneca lake. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Booking was easy, and we received an email the day before confirming our ride and driver. William was fantastic, very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. We had our itinerary planned and he was very enthusiastic and was all about making our day wonderful. We will definitely use them again next time!

Rayna and FitzGerald Brothers have been nothing short of amazing for our group. We had originally planned on coming up at the end of April for a bachelorette party but because of COVID we had to push it back. They were so accommodating and helpful with any question I had. When were did come up (in June), they were all so helpful with helping make an itinerary and help guide me with what wineries to do when especially with all the new guidelines that came out. I truly don’t know how this company is still in business. Don’t book with them!!! We had a lovely weekend planned for a bachelorette party at the end of this month. Unfortunately, with everything being closed and inability to travel it be together in groups, we had to cancel the entire trip. When requesting a refund, I was informed the deposit would be used as a credit good for use in the next 12 months. The wineries have closed and cancelled due to the Covid-19 spreading, leading to a cancellation with the limo service, and this transportation company has refused to give me my deposit back. Which is $322! Something that is completely out of my control should not be held against me, I would appreciate my deposit back. People are not allowed to group together more than 10 people anyways, we had a limo bus booked for 20 people! We are in a state of emergency. This is not a cancellation of choice.

FitzGerald Brothers recently took me and a large group of friends and family to New York City to see our school marching band perform in the Veterans Day parade. Our drivers did a fantastic job navigating difficult weather and getting us where we needed to be safely and on time. I was especially impressed with Michelle's skill at navigating a large coach bus through the congested streets of NYC. My group was very happy with the service that was provided and I will definitely use them again.
