I recently used their services for a wine tour with a group of my friends. Our driver was terrible. We had our itinerary laid out for them, and they took us the wrong way around Seneca Lake. When we asked them to please turn around, they refused. We missed one of our reservations to no fault of our own, and now I'm out $50. RecommendedOmg last minute they provided a limo! Limo driver ms Otts was the best! Picked up breakfast for us, took a ton of pictures, and arrived super early! Definitely will use again’ ❤️
Fitzgerald Transportation was used for our tour around Seneca Lake with 9 adults and 5 kids (all under 4 and in car seats)! Damon was our driver and he was awesome! He came early to give us time to load car seats and was extremely helpful coordinating with the wineries as we modified our itinerary. He was so helpful and kept the group moving! We used a 15 passenger van that was nice and clean! Highly recommend!
We had a great time with FitzGerald Limo's on the day of our wedding. They were very timely and our driver was fun and very tolerating of all of our craziness. ;) Would highly recommend them!
I took a group of seniors on a 3 day trip to Pittsburgh, traveling thru windy roads, heavy traffic. The bus was comfortable and well equipped and the driver, Jim Hillegus, was extremely helpful and has skill at driving this bus that is unsurpassed! We have already requested Fitzgerald Brothers and Jim for our next trip!
We were on bus 53 to cape may., we took much longer to get there and never did stop at Smithville. Going home was a disaster. We started for home at 10 and got back home at 9.30.After lunch stop we were headed toward Binghamton, when our bus driver changed our course to a small road which his bus got stuck in the middle of a 5 road intersection. We were there about 4 hours.No other bus was sent ,no nothing. And then we had no bathroom stop for hours and hours. Never travel with this company.
hire safe drivers that won't fall asleep while driving or at least appear to be falling asleep.
I have used this company twice and both times the bus broke down. I have had horrible experience with management both times. I would never advise to use this company.
What a terrible experience! This company neglected the last two shifts of shuttle pick up at my brother’s wedding and left MANY guests stranded on lake Seneca without transportation back to their hotels. And the company not only refused to refund my brother, but had the audacity to accuse him of lying. For what purpose? Awful awful awful. Do NOT recommend.
