Dr. Birmingham is a good doctor but there are members of his staff that are awful, very unprofessional l and for that I will be looking for a new physician.
Dr. Birmingham is absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, listens to concerns and make appropriate recommendations when required. His staff on the other hand leaves much to be desired. Twice inappropriate comments have been made to me from staff and never addressed. I also believe by my bringing it to the attention of management it affected my care due to my having to go through staff for appointments, prescriptions etc. With that being said I unfortunately have made the decision to search for a new physician.
