I was almost ready to find a new eye health physican until today! My past experience included a really long wait time and the feeling that I was at a "big box" facility that didn't care about their patients. The nose pad broke off my glasses last night. When I went into Dr Fitzgerald's office today the first thing they did was tell me that my 1 year warranty had expired. Got my glasses in less than 24 hours! Takes up to 10 days.
I go to Chris for my glasses because she takes all the time I need to help me get it right. It's a good thing I don't have to pay her by the hour, or I'd be broke.
Dr. Fitzgerald is AMAZING, as good as person as she is as an eye doctor. Thanks so much for the new glasses and prescription sunglasses. Both are terrific. Thanks for caring so much about your patients.
