Fitwall is definitely one of the top group fitness classes I have ever had the pleasure of participating in. The environment is super fun and extremely friendly. The facilities are spotless and the coaches are great too! I'm a chiropractor and specialize in sports rehabilitation. I personally recommend Fitwall to my patients who are looking for a great way to get in shape in a safe environment with excellent coaching.
I have nothing but love for this place - which says a lot because I really don't like to work out. I do it because it's good for me and I want to be in the best shape possible. That being said, I have belonged to a gym for 20+ years, and hired personal trainers off and on. I generally get some results, but I don't have the genetic make up to get them quickly. Fitwall Solana Beach is great in so many ways. I come from a Crossfit background and was skeptical going into Fitwall. I just didn't know what to expect, but I love trying new things. After being injured in a car accident, I wanted to try something that had a lower impact on the body, but still provided me with the challenge that drives me. Excellent way to focus on strength while being fun!
Best workout class I've ever tried. The variety of workouts combined with the music keeps me excited to go back every time. The results have been excellent in just a month. Would recommend to anyone!
