Very personable and professional patient oriented service.
I have been with Dr. Fitts over 10 years and have always recieved the most excellent service.
Dr. Fitts and his staff are very professional. I never have to wit more than 10 minutes to be seen when I have an appointment. The hygienists are friendly and really work hard to make sure your teeth are clean when you leave. Dr. Fitts is great about not pressuring you to have any service. He will inform you about services, but it is totally up to you as to whether you choose to have the service done. I have been a patient for 18 years and counting!
When I call I always get attention quickly and can count on Dr, Fitts and staff to take appropriate action at a competitive price. I also feel very comfortable with the quality of his work as evidenced one time when I was out of town and had a dental emergency. The dentist treating the emergency was very complimentary on Dr. Fitts’s work. I have never had to return for repair of a previous treatment by Dr. Fitts. And finally, appointment times are respected.
This is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. And i am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I cannot give enough stars!
The very best service by the whole staff. Dr. Fitts has a great sense of humor and puts up with me, thank god.
