I am grateful for the opportunity to workout and be empowered by a fearless leader that focuses not only on physical, but also holistic health. It's been a hard but rewarding journey and I now have the foundation to succeed in my fitness journey with and without the assistance of a trainer!
FWF is an amazing program with a very esoteric Head trainer, Gerlind. I was a part of the program for almost 3 consecutive months and seen results every month! My only reservation is the cost of the program, for it is towards the higher cost range for group and 1-on-1 trainings (which is why I decided to take a break). Nonetheless, it’s worth the investment if you are able to afford it consistently!
I’ve been training with Gerlind for about 2 months and it’s really been life changing! Not only did she help me improve my form and consistency but she also really made me believe in myself! I never thought that I could ever be this consistent when it comes to my fitness journey but even when I feel like giving up, she’s there pushing me. I’ve already seen physical and mental gains! If you want a trainer who truly cares and delivers results, Fitness with femininity is the way to go!!
Babeee, let me just say this is by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Gerlind is awesome, patient, kind, and she listens. The most important quality that parents with hectic schedules look for in a coach is flexibility. If you're looking for a coach that you can be open and honest with, then FWF is the right place for you.
