the gym is great. Members are friendly and staff also. a great place for a good work out
Have a running sauna. Not one that takes 30 minutes to crank up. When your pinged for time you should not wait for a sauna to heat up.

Great choice of equipment and weights. Largely Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment. Extremely friendly staff . This place will be a regular place for me whenever in Miami.
