Been at this gym back when it was called crunch. Always able to get an amazing workout in without having to wait for a rotation of 6 guys on one bench press like LA fitness' have. Customer service is tremendous staff is amazing at what they do. Switched gyms before and noticed why I switched back.
Great instructors and friendly staff. Zumba classes are fun. ��
Me encantan las clases de chisel y spinning con Luis (lunes 9-10 am) (Miercoles 5:30 core, 6 pm chisel, 7pm spinning) super profesional ♡♡ (el super combo) Me facinan los Martes de suspension y pesas 6:30-7:30 pm Jueves 9 am spinning 10 am power training con Jose ♡♡ I love it!!
