To be fair - This was a good gym - Not sure what is going on but the place is falling apart - its like they have no money to fix stuff it is so dirty - cardio machines and gym equipment rusting from excessive perspiration. the gym smells - please do something to improve the conditions - I cant afford to get sick
Good gym, good selection of classes but customer service is terrible. First they call you three times per day asking when you want to come, you come and sign a contract and the next thing you know if you get $192 bills from a collection agency because "credit card was not processed". Came in again, gave my card again - didn't work because according to them, it takes over a month to update credit cards. Tried to speak with the manager - never calls back, never there EVER.
