I love coming to Movara, with or without a friend! Fabulous food and excellent facilities. Fun and varied exercise classes and the BEST hiking anywhere. Great Movara staff and wonderful guests! I try to come 1-2/year, for many, many years!

I've been to Movara twice and love it. The system they have in place of nutrition, exercise, support, and nurturing is just wonderful. Weight doesn't lose itself and they give you all you need to make it happen if you're ready. And truly a great value for the price. And Sharon is the perfect tough/sweet/encouraging trainer ever! Total sweetheart

I've had such excellent experiences at Movara, I tell everyone and they all want to go. It's tough, but the best kind of tough. After 2 surgeries (foot & shoulder) I needed to push myself to see if I could do what I used to. Can't wait to go back, thanks Movara and all the people who make it such a caring, motivational place to be.
