RecommendedWe came to Movara to get a “reset” on life. The staff really seem to care. They get to know you by name and cater to your every need. The trainers are great. The hiking guides are also amazing. The spa services were perfect. The chef/food are top notch. What’s unbelievable is how full you are on roughly 1400 calories a day based on how active you are! If you are looking to lose weight, get back into shape, get your nutrition back on track I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Movara saved my life, literally! I cannot say enough about this wonderful place and program. I exercised when I thought I couldn't, I lost weight (and still am!) when I thought that impossible, and most importantly, I learned to love myself again. The staff is amazing!!! If you are considering, don't wait! Give yourself a miracle, and go!
The scenery and the hiking are more than amazing. Food is delicious and healthy, and the staff is helpful and well educated. Looking forward to a great week here.
