Morava is an excellent fitness resort located in beautiful southwest, Utah. Sharon and her staff are amazing and really treat you like family. The exercise programs are tough and the hikes are challenging but so beautiful. Although you're only eating 1200 per day, you are left feeling satisfied and the food is top-notch! I have visited Movara three times and would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for always inspiring me to be a better me!!!
