5 STARS hands down!! Started working out at the Sonoma location in April & have found my match!! Not only does this program offer structured workouts that challenge the body but the instructors are there to correct & suggest modifications so you get the best out of each workout. As I progress I'm seeing the results with a more toned body & the release of endorphins in the morning have lead me to a healthier & happier everyday life!!
