I joined 9 months ago. I have felt supported in every way. I feel like they care about me, my goals and my health. Great coaches and support team.
I love the nutrition aspect of the program, also the classes they offer are at times that works out well, the other people in the groups are very supportive and the emailed information you receive each day is very helpful with keeping you on your goals. Loved the experience of the back to school challenge.
