Great environment and very well maintained equipment.
Love the variety of classes and flexible times work with my schedule. Alternating different exercises keeps your body guessing and not submit to memory... Love yoga, boot camp, zumba, core and more, weight machines, elliptical, and sauna (all inclusive)! Going to try Pilates this week for an early exercise schedule! Love the options offered here! And I can bring friends to try a class 3 days free before they make a commitment.
