great gym, good machines, great instructors, clean, just needs a pool to be complete.
I love the environment when I walk in, I am a very self concious person and was hesitant to do anything other than cardio but started on other machines and work out techniques and never felt like I was being judged or watched, I absolutely love the staff super nice and helpful I leave feeling good best gym I've been a member of and always look forward to going back
I am happy with facilities and the staff. I have taken a few classes and have especially enjoyed the spin class with Kelleigh!!!
