This gym is awesome!! The instructors, front desk crew, and classes are GREAT!! The memberships are reasonably priced. I only wish I would have joined sooner instead of going to Another gym in EG. I would definitely recommend this gym to friends and family.
RecommendedI love this place. The staff is very welcoming when you come in. The gym is very clean and they have a lot of equipment to choose from. A variety of classes to take that is included in your membership. I enjoy going here and can't wait to go everyday.... when I can lol.

Yes!! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟I started out doing Aqua Aerobics 2015!! I then was able too do restorative yoga 🧘♀️ it’s helped me so much!! 2016,2017,2018, I was able to join Zumba Gold 💃💃 I am so blessed to have Amy as my Instructor!! She’s my Inspiration!!! Most of you all know about my back surgery!!! I’m so thankful for Amy!!! She’s the Best!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 Thank you Amy ❤️
Nice clean gym. Has all of the state of the art weight training machine, tons of free weight, stair masters, treadmills and even has day care (small extra fee). They also offer personal training and zoomba, aerobics etc.
Best Gym in Galt!! Amazing people and amazing equipment!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Galt!!
I’m so happy I join this gym everyone there is super friendly and so helpful and I especially enjoyed the yoga class
