RecommendedHIGHLY recommend Fitness Pro! They are always quick to respond to service requests, get items up and working quickly, prices are reasonable and they go out of their way to help you! I had an issue with a stair stepper that the repair was delayed due to the manufactorer being back ordered on a part & they are removing the machine, storing it, and giving us a loaner until it can be repaired!
I thought they were very friendly and helpful.
Couldn't ask for better people to deal with. Honest and fair in every respect.
rotten customer service, quote you one price and try to haggle you into another. You'll regret doing business with this company. So thankful I walked. Jim does not care about customers. Run, friends, run.
