Very Large, Nice, Organized gym. I enjoyed the basketball warm up today. I like the new machines I've never seen until this gym. Looking forward to my training sessions in the next week.
Fitness One is a true grinder. Rippin weights and rippin saunas.
I enjoyed all the amenities that are offered. the staff was excellent! They're able to assist with those just starting their journey, to the seasoned personal fitness.

Great gym....The layout of equipment is done well. Super equipment and cardio equipment. Plenty of drinking fountains and you can fill your own bottle easily.
This place has everything I want: group classes, convenient location and amenities like pool and sauna! I loved seeing friends and making new ones while getting fit and feeling endorphins! As owner of Nutrition HOG, I am so thankful for another incredible resource to make Nwa healthy and happy!
I had my free personal training session with Olivia today and she was incredible!! She took into consideration my previous injuries and helped me make a workout plan that works for me! I can’t wait to take some of her classes. I highly recommend Fitness One!!
