Beautiful facility! Cool classes that everyone loves. State of the art equipment. Basketball court, Racquet Ball courts. Salt water pool. Steam and sauna rooms. Cycling area. Watched kids area for moms and dads that want to workout and not have to get a baby sitter. It’s got it all!
Coming from Memphis, TN I can tell you that I’ve seen some great gyms, but Fitness One in is top notch! The facility and team members there are great as well! Come in and see what we can do to help you better your fitness journey 😎💪🏻🥇

Ive had a great experience with this gym. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile, at the door. The facility holds a large variety of equipment, depending on the type of workouts performed. Highly recommended.
