Good but would be great if you could keep pool and spa going. Spa has been down for almost 2 weeks and pool was down several days a week ago. They are the main reason I go here.

Fitness One has figured out how to be a fitness club in NWA. Great job by their staff, especially their training staff! Long gone are the days of trainers who get their certifications from a cereal box. These trainers are highly skilled and knowledgeable in a plethora of areas, and will take great care of you and your fitness goals!
I have just moved too Fayetteville area coming from a small town in the mountains of Georgia. I have worked out at many facilities around the country. Fitness One is a very clean and very friendly facility. The equipment provides me everything that I need. I have not tried the group fitness nor the classes. After a workout I really appreciate the steam, sauna and shower area. I don't need to search for any other fitness facility. This one has it all.
