Really fun and challenging ariel yoga classes! They even offer ariel yoga for kids.
I went to The Group Effect Studio and took Aeiral yoga for the first time, it was a total blast! The instructor was so sweet and clear in guiding us through each pose. There were many different levels of fitness in the class, from beginners to those who had done it before and it still felt very inviting. If you've always wanted to fly this is pretty dang close and I'd highly recommend trying it out.
What an amazing studio! Instructors are top notch. Kate, the owner, is the best instructor I have ever had.... been at gyms all over for 20+ years! Members are kind and welcoming. Amazing classes that you just don't find at 'big box' gyms. Love, love, love this place!

I am so excited! Every class has been time well spent. I am finally doing something for myself and feeling great about it. Instructors and classmates push me to new limits with encouragement and support. I walk out feeling great and can't wait for the next class.
