Fun, effective classes. Great atmosphere and wonderful instructors who not only encourage you but also give alternatives to moves for those who are injured and/or at the beginner level.
The Group Effect Fitness Studio is like no other!!! This experience (I can't even call it a "gym") is NO JUDGEMENT. Come as you are! You will be pushed to excel, learn to love your body no matter its size or the shape you're in, surrounded by motivational teammates and talented coaches. It is a community! Kate and Thomas are beyond amazing...truly passionate about what they are doing. It's not just a job for them, it's a calling. You are missing out if you don't give Group Effect a try!
This is the first place that I've been too where I don't feel judged. Comfortable, celebrated, and I love the small setting and personalized attention. They don't just let you work out- they show you how to work and get the full benefit of the move. If you aren't at the physical level to perform all the poses or all the moves, they offer you alternatives so you can keep going at YOUR level. Love this gym. I have enjoyed the classes so much that I keep coming back for more. I am seeing the changes I hoped to obtain and Kate and Thomas have build an amazing group of instructors.
I took the aerial yoga class and it was great! The instructor was awesome and other students were also very helpful. I will definitely be coming back again.
