I was a client of a personal trainer here and unfortunately would not give a recommendation after the ever changing experience I had. The services started dwindling and the care and safety of the client consistently diminished. The trainer was not as knowledgeable as he proclaimed nor professional in his social interactions, which eventually led me to sourcing a new gym in Athens with professional, experienced trainers that could be trusted with my well being. Gisela and ben are some of the best people i ever met, very professional. The gym is very clean and i would definetely recommend this place to anyone.

Great place, great location, and outstanding people!
Great facility without forceful sales tactics or long lines to use the equipment! Not many gyms where you meet the owners as you walk in the door or see them cleaning the space. Very friendly and worth the price.
