Great place to go work out at any level. Super friendly staff
One of my favorite places in Buffalo! There is something for everyone and at all fitness levels. From the front desk and custodial, to the personal trainers and management, the staff is amazing! Many classes are offered, including swimming lessons for kids and 'silver and fit' for older adults. Other members are friendly and encouraging. I always feel better when my day includes Fitness Evolution!
