Great Positive staff! Everyone is at different fitness levels here but everyone has the same goal a healthier better self. Nothing but good vibes here. Also I need to give a shout out to Jenna my PT today she is very knowledgeable and she has given me the motivation again to reach my fitness goals. ��
Love the Aqua Zumba classes. Also, started training with Angie. She's the best!!
The staff there is amazing.verry nice and helpful. Very pleasant atmosphere.and I'm going to enjoy getting my butt in shape there
Getting up for a 5:15am fitness class is tough for anyone. However, this morning I sucked it up and got up early to attend Nancy B Wednesday morning spin class in Buffalo. Nancy was challenging and extremely positive and motivating. Nancy knew everyone by name and was so welcoming. I cannot wait to attend her class next week. How blessed we are to have a facility and instructors like this in Buffalo Minnesota.
