Fitness Evolution is a friendly, clean environment with great trainers and classes and programs for all ages and activity levels.
Everyday the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.
Senior classes are great. Well attended and provides a wonderful variety.
Evolution Fitness in Buffalo is the best gym by far. It has absolutely everything for your fitness needs and also has a pool. The upper level is a walking track which I absolutely love. You can walk it, jog it or run it. Large clean bathrooms with lockers for your personal belongings. (Bring your own lock). Lots of showers too. They also have an amazing amount of fitness classes. It is membership based so give them s call.
