this is the WORST business on the face of the planet.. the people in the HR department AND customer service department hung up on me.. not once, but TWICE!! also, they will charge you for fees in the middle of the month when you cancelled at the beginning of the month. VERY shady business! do NOT give them your money because they will rob you.. The gym looks good doesnt have a pool but my main thing is the vustomer service sucks there an actual manager told me i was manipulating them and their system which is kind of when youtell them that youll want people to join never ask gor brad or brat hes a manger there and he was very rude
These people are rip offs from the very rude people at the front desk to the corporate who actually expect you to send a certified letter to cancel your "no contract" BS!
Stay away! They lure you in with cheap prices and gimmicks but won't let you cancel your membership without *mailing* them a certified letter. It's 2013, the only possible reason for such a policy is to scam people into paying for services not rendered. I canceled my membership 13 months ago and I'm still being charged. My experience isn't the only one, I posted to facebook 5 minutes ago and found out that this happened to 3 other people. I'm getting robbed. I really enjoy my membership here! The classes are great an the ladies room is even better :)
The gym itself is nice. Especially liked the kids club and all for $10 a month. To pay for membership it must be setup with autodraft which was fine. Until it came time to cancel. You can't cancel through your gym. They tell you to call corporate to cancel and then when you do you find out you have to mail..yes mail...a letter to the corporate office to cancel. Then they don't even cancel it for another 30 days after THEY receive your letter. I've now had three charges since I mailed my letter though they've received it. Alr... read more
Stay away it's nothing but a scAm! They are just out to get your money!! My membership was supposed to be $10 a month. I signed up in December, and I haven't been since because I've been sick. I've been trying to cancel my membership and they keep giving me the run around. They've been charging me over $100 a month since December. Causing all my account to go negative. Obviously this company doesnt care! All they want is money, money, money!! I have been continually charged late fees cause they said I dont uave money on my account buy for no reason all of sudden my card works when Im charged with late fees? They have been doing that since the beginning and in order for them to reverse the charges is to provide them a print out of your account that shows it has funds!
