this is the WORST business on the face of the planet.. the people in the HR department AND customer service department hung up on me.. not once, but TWICE!! also, they will charge you for fees in the middle of the month when you cancelled at the beginning of the month. The gym itself is nice. Especially liked the kids club and all for $10 a month. To pay for membership it must be setup with autodraft which was fine. Until it came time to cancel. You can't cancel through your gym. They tell you to call corporate to cancel and then when you do you find out you have to mail..yes mail...a letter to the corporate office to cancel. Stay away it's nothing but a scAm! They are just out to get your money!! My membership was supposed to be $10 a month. I signed up in December, and I haven't been since because I've been sick. I've been trying to cancel my membership and they keep giving me the run around. They've been charging me over $100 a month since December. Causing all my account to go negative. Well my first couple times i really liked it but then things started getting weird. Let me start off by saying that i wasJ lured in by the 10.99 a month but like always theres a catch. That didnt bother me much. The price is affordable in my opinion. Its got many machines for.both cardio and strength as well. Theres a sauna too. The only thing.missing is a hot tub and steam room. I love this gym! It is so CLEAN, and the staff is so FRIENDLY, and I love the fact they have sanitizer and paper towels to wipe down the machines with if you need. I've worked out at a few other places in Arlington and this is by far the nicest. And CHEAPEST! They have several brands of each type of machine (since they each are a little different) so even if you just want to do one exercise there are 3-5 different machines for it. Ok, so I haven't had to cancel so I'm not sure how much of a hassle it is, but for $10 a month a slight hassle to cancel when I have to won't be met with such animosity from me. This gym costs three times less than any other gym in the area... Golds, LA, 24 Hour, you name it. If you find that the classes or training are too expensive compared to other places than fine, but for people like me who go there to work out on their own the place is just fine for the 10 bucks it costs me. My biggest complaint with this gym is how crowded the classes were. There just weren't enough room to exercise and the room got extremely hot. My second biggest issue with them is their poor customer service. I emailed their membership department notifying them that I was moving and wanted to cancel my membership. They never replied. I sent them a second email, once again I received no response.
