I joined the gym as part of my New Years resolution at the beginning of 2015, and I became a premier member and got a personal trainer (Debbie Truxal) with 5 sessions to kickstart some good exercising techniques. Since then, I have lost over 20 lbs (33 lbs down at my heaviest) and I have signed up for another 5 sessions with Debbie.
