Cherrise Rossmiller is the best cycle instructor hands down. Everything I know about the sport is because she takes the time to explain techniques and her goal is to not only have fun but also making sure that you avoid injury.

I've been a member there for about a year now and have love the new equipment they brought in. Thank you for adding the stair machine. Great for cardio and that is what I need right now as I continue to train for my upcoming season in speed skating.

I went into this place yesterday morning talk to one of the ladies she gave myself & aunt a 1 week free pass see how I like it. Today was day 2 of working out I enjoyed it used the tanning bed and got dark first time loved it. I would say I'll become a member on payday!!! I like it that much wish could of tan today but had to rush out today.

I have a trainer there. He is awesome. His name is Russ. I have been a member of the gym for several years and I love it. I think everyone should join regardless of there goals.

I would have given them a five star rating. But it takes forever for their equipment to get repaired. Otherwise, it's a great Fitness club
