Great basic workout gym. Not trying to be an entertainment venue, just a well equipped place to exercise. Jim and Erin, the owners are personable and responsive to requests and suggestions. I, and several other family members have belonged for years.

Michael was super nice and relatable on the phone which got me in the door! Erin signed me up and was with me every step of the way on my first day. She showed me all the machines, suggested certain things for me to do and was super helpful! The kids room is very clean and has the exact hours I need. I’m so happy I joined!
