Let me start off by saying I'm 50 years old and I've worked out in a half a dozen different gyms over the years and this is truly one of the best gyms i've belonged to. The gym is superclean courtesy of a hard-working gym employee named Ernie! He is a very friendly guy and I always joke with him because he never stops cleaning. Gym has everything I need. Gets really packed from 6- closing, but if you can get there before then, you'll have a great gym at your disposal
The only reason why I don't give a 5 star review is because of the lack of some equipment like more benches and squat racks. Besides that it's a very complete gym regardless of how busy it is most of the time. Price is reasonable for what you get and employees are very helpful.
The gym is great. It has all of the equipment you could need and the workers are very helpful. The gym gets a bit crowded after 6 pm but apart from that there is more than enough space to do the exercises you want.
I just joined today and I love it. It's super clean, has brand new equipment and machines, lots of group classes and lots of parking. Staff are really friendly and approachable. I love the life fitness machines especially for circuit training and elliptical. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to achieve their workout goals.
What's not to love about this gym? First off, it's clean, the staff is awesome, the group X room is the BEST and the sound system?! Top notch! I love this place - also they are always doing amazing promotions - something you don't see at every gym. This gym offers a wide variety of classes every day, child care (which my nieces love - they beg to come!), and the trainers know their stuff. Look no further, where else are you going to find all of this and at a ridiculously affordable price?? Sign up!
