It's ok. No locker rooms, and I had two less than positive experiences with the so called "trainers".
Was a member for years. Asked Jim to put my membership on 'hold' and he refused. Insisted I drive in to fill out paperwork. I explained I had not been driving into Middletown (for personal reasons). I should say this had never been a problem in the past, when I was dealing with Erin (wife). I finally told him to CANCEL my membership. I'm still getting text messages and phone calls. I called him AGAIN today and said to CANCEL. He is still insisting that I DRIVE in to cancel the membership. NO wonder gyms have a bad reputation... read more
Love this gym, and the owners! and the instructors
I thoroughly enjoy this gym. I love the staff!! Glenda, Ashley, and Robbie have made a huge impact on my weight loss to help me get ready for my wedding.
Big variety of exercise equipment, I am comfortable with the atmosphere and the trainers are great! (Anyone can afford it, very reasonable) :-)
